1.- Legal Information

The domain name ocon-ajs.com, as well as the website www.ocon-ajs.com (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE"), are the property of AUTOMATED JOINING SOLUTIONS S.L.U (hereinafter, the "COMPANY”), with registered office at C/Alfonso XII, 16, 28014 Madrid - Spain, with Tax ID number B-63. 039.697 and registered with the Commercial Registry of Barcelona under Volume 35.137, Sheet 124, Page B-257.300.

2.- Nature of the services

Access to the WEBSITE is free of charge, notwithstanding that the contracting of products or services through the WEBSITE may be subject to an economic consideration.

To access certain WEBSITE services it will be necessary to register previously through the corresponding forms. The personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the WEBSITE's Data Protection Policy.

3.- Responsibility of the USER

The USER who accesses the WEBSITE expressly declares to have previously read and understood the provisions of this Legal Notice as well as the Data Protection Policy, the Cookies Policy and, where appropriate, the existing Special Conditions, and accepts the provisions of all of them without reservation.

Unauthorized use of the contents of the WEBSITE, as well as infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities, and the COMPANY reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action necessary to safeguard such rights.

The establishment of any hyperlink from an external web page to any of the pages of the WEBSITE will be subject to the following conditions:

- The total or partial reproduction of any of the services contained in the WEBSITE is not allowed.

- No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about the WEBSITE pages and its services shall be included.

- Under no circumstances shall the COMPANY be responsible for the contents, information, statements, opinions or services made available to the public on the web page from which a hyperlink to this WEBSITE is established.

- Any hyperlink shall be made to the home page of the WEBSITE.

The hyperlinks found on the WEBSITE have been previously agreed with the owners of the linked websites.

7.- Validity

The conditions of access and use of the WEBSITE contained in this Legal Notice are indefinite. The COMPANY reserves the unilateral right to modify these conditions.

8.- Invalidity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, and the conditions shall subsist in all other respects.

9.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The provision of the service of this WEBSITE and these conditions of access and use are governed by Spanish law.

The USER and the COMPANY, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, agree that any dispute or discrepancy that may arise between them as a result of access and use of the WEBSITE shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, when it is in Spain, or to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, when it is outside Spain.
